Water is life - It is 70 % water and 30 % land, but do you know all this is salt and un usable water, only 0.5% of the 30% is usable fresh water. At least 2 Billion or 200Cr people on the earth doesn't have access to this fresh water. Its a duty on every one to save it. 

Open Close & Use is a simple idea to spread awareness with these stickies besides taps to be sensible and only open the tap to take the handful water - close it - and then use it.
